Sejal was first introduced into the UK Brit-Asian music scene in 2003 when he began
hosting a radio show on Club Asia (now known as Sunrise Radio). It was an excellent platform to display both his DJing and Hosting skills and an opportunity to display his wide selection of
music choice, specialising in Bollywood music. After a successful two years on air, Sejal joined the Hypnotize Crew as the lead MC and featured on their debut album and they released their first
single ‘Blazin’. It became most requested track on Club Asia within three weeks of its launch date. Their first album ‘The Battle Has Begun’ was subsequently launched with a variety of Sejal's MC
style's. Despite their hectic schedule, the Hypnotize Crew also released a charity track called '8Ten' in March 2007 for the devastating earthquake in South Asia and with record sales reaching
unexpected levels, the crew were able to donate an admirable amount to those who needed it the most.
Back to home turf in West London in 2007, the Hypnotize Crew released ‘Pitstop’ which again highlighted Sejal's flexibility and MC talent and were invited to perform at several open-air festivals
during the summer up and own the UK including Birmingham, Manchester, Nottingham, East London Mela and the London Mela in Gunnersbury.
In May 2010, Sejal grew in his capacity both as a MC and as a DJ and was thriving on entertaining crowds both with the mic and on the decks. Asian Star 106.4FM, based in Slough, gave him the
opportunity to show off his skills on the decks and he started a live one hour DJ show of Funky House, UK Garage, Bollywood and Bhangra. The show became extremely popular and this was the step that
Sejal required to move into the Asian Wedding and nightclub scene.
The next opportunity came in 2012 when Sejal joined Enigma Roadshow London. With a
wealth of all-round musical knowledge and specialising in Bollywood music, joining Enigma Roadshow London brought about an entire different persepctive to Sejal's DJ career. His attention to detail
to music playlists and interaction with the guests are his strengths when performing and this is a feature that places him in the top category in the Asian DJ industry.
Although at many of Sejal's parties now, you are most likely to hear the latest and
biggest tracks from Bollywood, his favourite style of music (Dance & UK Garage) will always remain core to his DJ set.
